Getting started designing your rental order can feel overwhelming.
Every reservation to us is as unique as each of our customers;
no two orders are ever alike. After a few simple questions,
our rental expertise,
venue, and industry knowledge can easily get things started.

are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Open Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Our Business Philosophy
We are here to meet our customers' various celebration and event needs by offering a user-friendly rental experience. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive rental and decoration options at a fair price. We strive to maintain an ongoing, friendly, and professional relationship with our clients.
Deposits are not required to place your reservation. We recognize that "getting started" is the hard part. Once your order is started, the numbers become more clear as plans develop. We ask for non-refundable deposits when we are at a point of turning away other customers. It is our practice to call you at that point and request a deposit.
Orders must be paid in full before delivery or at the time of pick-up.
rentals are a one-day charge. For example, out on Thursday or Friday/return on Monday equals a one-day charge. When placing your order, please confirm pick-up and return days with our consultants.
Delivery: We deliver throughout Nanaimo for a reasonable charge. Our delivery
personnel are instructed to deliver items and stack them neatly
in an already arranged place. Delivery charges are quoted as
curbside delivery. If you have a special place where you want
the delivery made, please advise; there may be an extra charge. Otherwise, we can pre-arrange help from your end.
and Return: All dishes should be assembled in their containers.
Tables and chairs should be assembled in a single location as
specified upon delivery, ready for pick-up. Items not meeting
these conditions may be subject to additional charges.
Please note our business hours and
NO RETURNS are to be made after hours. If your situation requires
special consideration, please discuss this with our consultants.
Liability: The liability for damage, theft, or injury is that of the Lessee. When you rent our goods, you take on the inherent care, custody, and control of all items until they are returned to our warehouse or picked up by our personnel.
The Lessee is responsible for all rental items. Please be prepared to pay
for items that are missing or broken upon return. We will be
happy to refund your money if you find the items later.
NO refunds on rental items that are not used (even if the wrapping
has not been removed). Our policy is to re-wash every item that
leaves our premises.
