Melted candle wax does not come out of tablecloths. If you are burning real candles or just using wax candles for decor only, all candles must be in an enclosed container. Even an unprotected un- lit candle can melt quickly from the summer sun and spread all over the tablecloth or table.
Full replacement charges will apply if linens are returned with melted candlewax on them.

PLEASE NOTE:
Tent prices include set-up on grass or gravel where we can spike into the ground. Please advise if the tent(s) will sit on concrete or ground where we cannot spike. Extra charges will apply for weights.
Delivery charges apply and are quoted by our customer service personnel depending on distance, size of rental order, number of trucks, and delivery staff required. We will deliver your entire order (including tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glasses, lights etc.) but will only set up and take down the tent (and dance floor, if ordered). Customer is responsible for set up and take down of all general rental items.
It is very important that Triple T Party Rentals be able to drive to the tent site. If this is not possible, please advise us when placing your order. We will inspect the site and discuss service charges or arrange for help from your end.
Please measure the site to ensure tents will fit. Add an extra five square feet to your measurements on all sides to allow for set-up room. Ideally, tents should be set up on fairly flat land, without trees, ponds, gardens, arbours etc. We are happy to inspect the site, if space is tight or land surface is uneven.
